BEIJING, July 30 (Reuters) - China’s finance minister Liu Kun said at a news conference in Beijing on Friday that the country will make no sharp turn in fiscal policy in the second half of 2021. Total new taxes and fees reductions for the whole year were expected to exceed 700 billion yuan ($108.42 billion), he said.
