Aug 31 (Reuters) - Canadian stocks rose on Tuesday, with the benchmark TSX index on course for its seventh straight month of gains on optimism over a global economic recovery supported by stimulus measures and vaccination. At 09:30 a.m. ET (13:30 GMT), the Toronto Stock Exchange’s S&P/TSX composite index was up 31.41 points, or 0.15%, at 20,626.38.
