MOSCOW, Sept 1 (Reuters) - Annual inflation in Russia accelerated to 6.79% in the week to Aug. 30, a fresh five-year high, from 6.68% a week earlier, the economy ministry said on Wednesday. The data adds pressure on the central bank, which targets inflation at 4%, to raise rates for the fifth time so far this year at its next board meeting on Sept. 10.
