SHANGHAI, Sept 3 (Reuters) - China’s securities regulator on Friday published rules governing network security for the securities and futures industry. In a separate announcement, the China Securities Regulatory Commission said it would increase scrutiny over staff at fund companies to strengthen internal control mechanisms.
