Sept 14 (Reuters) - The Wikimedia Foundation, which operates the online encyclopedia Wikipedia, said on Tuesday it has appointed social entrepreneur Maryana Iskander as its chief executive officer. Wikimedia"s previous CEO Katherine Maher left the nonprofit foundation in April.
