Salesforce rival Freshworks valued over $12 bln after shares climb in debut

Sept 22 - Shares of business software company Freshworks Inc opened nearly 21% above the offer price in their Nasdaq debut on Wednesday, giving the Salesforce.com rival a market capitalization of $12.2 billion. The stock opened at $43.50 per share, compared with its initial public offering price of $36 per share.
