Saudi Falcons Club has revealed some of the events to be held in conjunction with the International Saudi Falcon and Hunting Exhibition (ISFHE), which is scheduled to be organized by the club in its headquarters in Malham, northern Riyadh between Oct. 1 and 10. The club noted that the exhibition would see holding an area for art with the participation of 29 talented visual artists and craftsmen who will display their creative paintings and models at the art division of the exhibition. The exhibition, in addition to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, will host artists from nine countries: UAE, Egypt, Qatar, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkey, India, Pakistan, Philippines and Ukraine, where art activities include pyrography, graffiti wall, live arts, sculpture, painting and calligraphy. Mohammad Al-Salem, a professional in wood pieces and participant in the event, said that he digs wood to form designs of house accessories, where he mixes wood and epoxy. Azim Ali of Trinidad and Tobago, specialized in painting falcons, said that falcon is a symbol of strength, adding that he is a fan of drawing falcons and wild animals in the Arabian Peninsula. The previous edition of the International Saudi Falcon and Hunting Exhibition showcased more than 60 paintings that embodied falcons in various conditions and from several angles that were created by 50 artists from several regions of Saudi Arabia. — SPA
