MOSCOW, Oct 18 (Reuters) - Russia’s SPB Exchange said on Monday it was considering an initial public offering (IPO) on its own platform later this year and was planning to apply for a U.S. listing in the first half of 2022. Russia’s second-largest bourse, which specialises in listing foreign securities, hoped to raise $150 million in an IPO on its own bourse before the year-end ahead of a larger U.S. listing in the first half of 2022, people familiar with the matter told Reuters earlier this month.
