LONDON, Oct 26 (Reuters) - The British public’s expectations for inflation over the next year jumped to their highest since 2008 this month, bank Citi said on Tuesday, something the Bank of England will note as it meets next week to decide whether to raise interest rates. Expectations for inflation over the next 12 months rose to 4.4% in October from 4.1% in September, Citi said, based on its monthly survey with pollsters YouGov.
