MOSCOW, Nov 12 (Reuters) - The Russian economy will grow by 4.7% in 2021, President Vladimir Putin said on Friday, voicing a more optimistic forecast than of the central bank and the government. After falling 3% in 2020, its sharpest contraction in 11 years, the economy has recovered to pre-pandemic levels. The central bank expects the economy to expand by 4.0%-4.5% this year, while the economy ministry predicts a 4.2% growth.
