The deal included several training programs for residents, including training programs that end with employment, on-the-job training programs RIYADH: Soudah Development Company on Monday signed a memorandum of understanding with the Ministry of Tourism. The pact aims to enhance cooperation between the two parties to achieve integration and unify efforts in human capacity development in the tourism sector. Soudah Development seeks to empower the local community and qualify them to work within the scope of the project to provide more than 8,000 job opportunities by 2030. The agreement was signed in the presence of Hossam El-Din Al-Madani, CEO of the company, and Mohammed Bushnaq, undersecretary at the Ministry of Tourism for human capacity development. The deal included several training programs for residents, including training programs that end with employment, on-the-job training programs, distance training programs, and scholarship programs abroad to achieve cooperation in developing national skills to the highest standards. This is in line with the aspirations of the two parties by activating and supporting cooperation frameworks, in addition to cooperating in research projects in tourism and travel.
