RIYADH: Saudi Arabia said Thursday that it will require citizens who are traveling abroad to take a third dose of the coronavirus vaccine in order to depart the Kingdom, starting Wednesday.  The announcement also said those traveling to the Kingdom will also be required to obtain a coronavirus test, including citizens, Al Arabiya TV reported.
