The Ministry of Investment, in collaboration with the World Bank in February, organized workshops on the top opportunities and challenges facing the private sector in Saudi Arabia, with the aim of determining these opportunities and challenges in order to improve the investment environment. The workshops discussed several main aspects, such as the investment environment climate and the systems affecting investment, where representatives of the private sector shared their suggestions and referred inquiries to officials of the ministry. The workshops were attended by more than 65 local companies and 80 foreign companies through 20 sessions that were held at the ministry’s headquarters in Riyadh. — SPA
