RIYADH: Italy-based technology company Deda group is considering an initial public offering, estimated to be valued at over $1.1 billion. The firm is currently preparing for a listing later this year or in early 2023, Bloomberg reported citing people familiar with the matter. Established in 2000, Deda Group provides application solutions and IT services to over 4,000 clients in over 50 countries.
