Kuwaiti Government Communication Center Chairman and Government Spokesman Tareq Al Mezrem announced a cabinet shakeup decree. The decree appointed Dr. Mohammad Al Fares as Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Oil and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs, and Shaikh Dr. Ahmad Nasser Al Mohammad Al Sabah as Minister of Foreign Affairs, Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) reported.
