Al-Swaha: Green Riyadh Initiative realizes its works, set goals

Minister of Communications and Information Technology Eng. Abdullah Bin Amer Al Swaha stressed that Saudi Arabia has several innovative companies and institutions that are led by the ministry to contribute to the growth of the entrepreneur sector. During his participation in a discussion panel as part of the Global Entrepreneurship Congress (GEC), he noted that the Riyadh Green Initiative is realizing its works and set goals. He said Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, deputy prime minister and minister of defense, is one of the patronizing entrepreneurs, especially that he implemented several projects, such as Neom. The minister said: “We support entrepreneurs and offer advice to them, where all entrepreneurs work together for meaning and goal rather than for money,” reviewing efforts exerted in the field of technology during the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. He stressed that the Saudi wise leadership supports all procedures that can help develop technology and benefit from it in a big way and looking for innovation and improving various and developed technologies that can serve all technological and economic aspects. — SPA
