ABU DHABI: Air Arabia will launch a new direct flight from Abu Dhabi to Ahmedabad, the largest city in the state of Gujrat in India, starting from May 13, 2022. The low-cost airline will offer flights to and from Ahmedabad on all Mondays and Fridays, the company said in a statement. Ahmedabad is now the seventh city in India to which Air Arabia operates flights from Abu Dhabi, after Mumbai, Calicut, Chennai, Jaipur, Kochi, and Trivandrum. The new service also represents the 21st route for Air Arabia Abu Dhabi since the launch of the carrier’s service from Abu Dhabi International Airport in July 2020.
