Saudi Arabia’s Unified Security Operations Center (911) in the regions of Riyadh and Makkah announced that it has received about 1,634,055 calls during the holy month of Ramadan of this year, 1443 AH. The center said that the total number of reports received in the Makkah region reached about 771,935 reports, while the total number of the reports in the Riyadh region reached 862,120. The total calls that have been received by the two regions has reached 1,634,055, on which a specialized staff works and speaks in several languages, with accuracy and high professionalism. It works around the clock to assist and benefit the whistleblowers. The center explained that the incoming calls included various reports such as traffic accidents, fires, inquiries, as well as a number of other health, humanitarian and service cases. It is worth mentioning that all reports come within the center"s tasks in receiving calls and transferring them to security and service authorities according to their jurisdiction and answering inquiries through automated and advanced systems.
