RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s Grand Mufti Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Al-Sheikh received the Grand Mufti of Kosovo, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Sunday. Sheikh Abdulaziz, who is also president of the Council of Senior Scholars and General Presidency of Scholarly Research and Ifta, met with Naim Ternava and his delegation at his office headquarters. During the meeting, both men highlighted the importance of discussion between Islamic leaders for consultation and cooperation on issues that serve Islam and Muslims. Ternava praised the efforts of King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman in serving Islam, caring for the Two Holy Mosques, pilgrims and visitors, stressing that these efforts were appreciated by Muslims around the world. He also commended the historic positions made by the leadership of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Kosovan people since the end of its war of independence.
