The Cabinet addressed the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's call to the international community, before the Conference on Disarmament (CD), to extend the arms embargo on Iran and the affirmation that lifting of the international embargo on Iran with all types of weapons, whether conventional or non-conventional, will lead to more destruction, and it will further fuel the conflicts in the region, which suffered from Iranian interference, and that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia supports every international measure that contributes to stopping Iran subversion in the region. The Cabinet reviewed topics on its agenda, including some being co-studied by the Shura Council. The Cabinet was also briefed on the outcomes reached by the Economic and Development Affairs Council, the Political and Security Affairs Council, the General Committee of the Cabinet and the Cabinet's Bureau of Experts. The Cabinet reached the following conclusions: First: The Cabinet approved an agreement between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Saudi Arabian Chevron Inc regarding extension amendment agreement between the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Saudi Arabian Chevron Inc in the divided zone approved by Royal Decree No. (M / 59) dated 9/9/1429 AH. Second: The Cabinet approved a memorandum of understanding for cultural cooperation between the Ministry of Culture of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Culture, Tourism, and Antiquities of the Republic of Iraq.
