Geneva, Jumada II 17, 1435, Apr 17, 2014, SPA -- Russia has made clear that it is ready to start withdrawing its troops along the Ukrainian border once the agreed deescalation steps in Ukraine are implemented, dpa cited US Secretary of State John Kerry as saying. He said that in return, the United States would consider scrapping sanctions against Russian individuals.
