Cairo, Dhu-AlHijjah 21, 1434, Oct 26, 2013, SPA -- An Egyptian court on Saturday rejected a breach of trust petition against Mohammed ElBaradei, who resigned as vice president more than two months ago, state-run television reported. dpa reported that the court did not give an explanation for its ruling, which was in response to a lawsuit filed by a law professor at the state-run Helwan University. The claimant argued that the Nobel Peace Prize winner was appointed vice president as a representative of the opposition National Salvation Front and should have referred his resignation to the the bloc. -- SPA 19:30 LOCAL TIME 16:30 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/1161318
