Peshawar, Rajab 18, 1434, May 28, 2013, SPA - Two polio lady health workers were gunned down in Budhber area in the suburb of Peshawar on Tuesday. According to sources, the incident occurred when an identified armed man attacked the polio team in Budhber village situated at the edge of Darra Adam Khail. As a result, a female worker died on the spot while another sustained severe injuries and was referred to Lady Reading hospital but could not survive, Dunya News reported. According to eyewitnesses, the attacker in black dress had put a mask on his face.
