Kabul, Ramadan 20, 1434, Jul 29, 2013, SPA - Nine Afghans including six civilians were killed in Afghanistan Monday, officials said. A police official, two guards and six pedestrians were killed by a roadside bomb in southern Zabul province, deputy provincial governor Mohammad Jan Rasolyar said. He said the deputy police chief was the target of the bombing that occurred Sunday evening, according to a report of DPA. Twelve civilians, mostly children, were wounded by the explosion in a residential area, he said.
