Berlin, Rabi'I 18, 1436, Jan 9, 2015, SPA -- The foreign ministers of Russia, Ukraine, France and Germany will meet in Berlin on Monday to launch another attempt to break the deadlock in the Ukraine conflict, the German government said Friday, dpa reported. Germany's Frank-Walter Steinmeier issued the invitation during a conference call between the four ministers, his ministry said.
