Cairo, Ramadan 22, 1434, Jul 31, 2013, SPA - President Mahmoud Abbas said Monday that the United States was serious in solving the Middle East conflict and that both US President Barack Obama and his Secretary of State John Kerry have promised to support negotiations until there is a solution.
