Islamabad, Rajab 29, 1434, Jun 8, 2013, SPA - At least nine people were killed in an attack by a suspected US drone in north-western Pakistan near the Afghan border, a security official said Saturday. About six missiles were fired at a compound suspected to belong to a Taliban commander in Shawal area of North Waziristan, one of seven tribal districts, he was quoted as saying by DPA. "Nine militants were killed in the strike," the official said.
