Cairo, Ramadan 7, 1434, Jul 16, 2013, SPA - Seven people have been killed in clashes between supporters of toppled Egyptian president Mohammed Morsi and police in Cairo, a Health Ministry official said Tuesday. Police late Monday fired teargas at pro-Morsi protesters who had blocked a bridge in the capital, sparking the violence. Clashes also erupted in two other areas of the capital, according to a report of DPA. The official added that 260 people were also injured in clashes that coincided with talks between visiting US Deputy Secretary of State William Burns and Egypt's interim leader. It was the first visit by a US official since the army overthrew Morsi on July 3. --SPA 13:27 LOCAL TIME 10:27 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/1129715
