Ramallah, Jumada II 1, 1432, May 4, 2011, SPA - Palestinian Prime Minister Salam Fayyad has stressed the necessity of starting the implementation of the reconciliation agreement quickly among Palestinian factions to form a national unity government to shoulder its responsibilities in administering the affairs of the country without delay. In his weekly radio address, he has said that reconciliation is important for achieving Palestinian national objectives, mainly ending of Israeli occupation, self-determination for the Palestinian people and the establishment of an independent State of Palestine on the borders of 1967 in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip, with Al-Quds as its capital. --SPA 15:00 LOCAL TIME 12:00 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/889663
