Washington, Rabi'I 28, 1434, Feb 9, 2013, SPA - The United States said Friday that it is making progress on the Bilateral Security Agreement negotiations with Afghanistan. In a telephone call with Afghan President Karzai, Secretary John Kerry “discussed the progress our negotiators are making in the Bilateral Security Agreement negotiations,” State Department spokeswoman Victoria Nuland told reporters.
