Cameron will meet Prime Minister Vladimir Putin and President Dmitry Medvedev on a visit to Moscow lasting less than 24 hours, Reuters reported. "We should be candid about the areas where we still disagree," Cameron told students at Moscow University. "But I want to make the case for a new approach based on cooperation."
