The Occupied Quds, Ramadan 1, 1432, Aug 1, 2011, SPA - Israeli Interior Minister Eli Yishai, on a recommendation of the National Committee for Planning and Building, has approved the adoption of the master plan for the new city named "Hareesh" in the northern West Bank.
