Astana/Moscow, Safar 10, 1432 / Jan. 14, 2011, SPA -- The Kazakhstan parliament Friday approved a bill to eliminate two rounds of presidential elections, effectively keeping President Nursultan Nazarbayev in office until 2020, according to dpa.
