Washington, Jumada II 8, 1432, May 11, 2011, SPA --U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Tuesday said that Washington was committed to the China-U.S. partnership in energy, environmental, and climate-change cooperation, as the annual Strategic and Economic Dialogue between the two countries concluded in Washington. “We are very committed to this relationship, and we know it needs to expand beyond the government-to-government conversations.
