Kabul, Rabi'II 3, 1434, Feb 13, 2013, SPA - An airstrike by NATO-led troops in eastern Afghanistan killed 10 civilians including children and women, local media reported on Wednesday. NATO military helicopters attacked a village in Shigal district of the eastern province of Kunar overnight, 'Tolo' TV was quoted as saying by DPA. Five children, four women and a man were killed, said Provincial Governor Sayed Fazullah Wahidi. A spokesman for the NATO-led force said that the coalition was aware of the reported civilian causalities.
