London, Shawwal 4, 1432, Sep 2, 2011, SPA - The Representative of Libyan National Transitional Council (NTC) in Britain, Juma' Al-Qomati, announced today that a constituent assembly will be elected in Libya within 8 months and legislative and presidential elections will be held within 20 months.
