Taleqan, Afghanistan, Jumada II 15, 1432, May 18, 2011, SPA - At least 10 people were killed and more than 50 injured Wednesday as hundreds of angry men took to the streets in a northern Afghan town to protest the alleged killings of four civilians by NATO-led forces, officials said. Local medical facilities were overwhelmed by victims, mostly young men, said Mohammad Hassan Baseej, head of the public health department of Takhar province.
