Kabul, Safar 22, 1432, Jan 26, 2011, SPA -- Afghan President Hamid Karzai inaugurated parliament on Wednesday. The opening ceremony took place in the parliament building, four months after the country had conducted a second parliamentary elections in post-Taliban rule. Karzai congratulated the House of Representatives after the oath in the presence of government ministers, diplomats and NATO commander U.S. General David Petraeus.
