TOKYO, Dhu Al-Hijjah 16, 1431, Nov 22, 2010, SPA -- Japanese Justice Minister Minoru Yanagida said Monday he is quitting after comments he made about interacting with Japan's Parliament "DIET." After meeting with Prime Minister Naota Kan, Yanagida announced Monday he was stepping down, Kyodo News reported.
