Interior Minister Hans-Peter Friedrich and Justice Minister Sabine Leutheusser-Schnarrenberger were meeting Friday with their counterparts from Germany's 16 states and representatives of the country's domestic intelligence agency. Friedrich has already said it is clear that the disparate agencies need to better share information and coordinate efforts.
