ISLAMABAD, Ramadan 14, 1432, Aug 14, 2011, SPA - President Asif Ali Zardari on Saturday said that Pakistan wanted to build a long-term, sustainable and multi-dimensional relationship with the United States that was marked by mutual understanding of each others’ interest, mutual trust and respect. He said that a stable, long-term and multi-faceted relationship of the two countries was not only in their mutual interests but it would also serve the purpose of stability for region. The President was talking to US Senator John McCain, who called on him here on Saturday, the Associated Press of Pakistan reported.
