Jeddah, Rabi Al-Awwal 19, 1432, Feb 22, 2011, SPA -- The Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) has expressed its strong condemnation of the use of excessive force against civilians in Libya, which killed a large number of persons and wounded others. "What is happening in Libya is suppression and intimidation, and it is in fact a humanitarian disaster incompatible with Islamic and human values," the OIC said.
