New York, June 12, 2010, SPA -- Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber al-Thani has met in New York with US Middle East Peace envoy George Mitchell and discussed the latest developments in the Middle East. During the meeting held in New York, the prime minister stressed the urgent need to lift the blockade imposed by Israel on the Gaza Strip, according to a report of Qatar News Agency (QNA).
