Gaza, Dhul Al-Qa'da 04, 1431, Oct 12, SPA -- Several Palestinians were wounded in violent clashes with Jewish extremist groups and Israeli occupying troops in Selwan town, south of Al-Aqsa Mosque in Al-Quds (Jerusalem). The clashes took place, late on Monday, after Israeli forces arrested several Palestinians in the town, reported local radios on Tuesday. Palestinians threw rocks and empty glass at the Israeli troops and extremists, the radios added. Israeli troops backfired with tear-gas bombs and rubber bullets, injuring several Palestinians, KUNA quoted the radios as reporting. Jewish extremist groups attacked the Palestinians, smashed doors and windows of houses, terrorizing women and children.
