CAIRO, Muharram 13, 1432, Dec 19, 2010, SPA -- Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak has blamed Israel for the stalemate in peace negotiations with the Palestinians. He has warned Israel that its security hinges on peace rather than occupation or force, according to a report of the Associated Press.
