Cairo, July 14, 2010, SPA -- Egypt agreed on the request of Libyan humanitarian aid ship Al-Amal (Hope), which has been heading for Gaza Seaport, to dock in Egyptian port of Al-Arish. An Egyptian security source said in a statement today that Egyptian authorities and Red Crescent are currently preparing for receiving the ship later today. On Tuesday, 8 Israeli warships surrounded the ship carrying on board 21 people, 2000 tons of humanitarian aid while it was at the sea heading for the Gaza Strip.
