Kabul, February 23, 2010, SPA --Afghan police say three civilians have died and at least 11 others were wounded in an explosion in Lashkar Gah, the capital of Helmand province, according to a report of the Associated Press. Provincial police chief Gen. Asadullah Sherzad says explosives in a parked motorbike were detonated Tuesday in front of the traffic department. He says police are trying to figure out the target of the bombing.
