Cairo, Rabi' Al-Awwal 10, 1432, Feb 13, 2011, SPA -- The Chairman of the Supreme Council of Egyptian Armed Forces, Field Marshal Mohammed Hussein Tantawi met here on Saturday with Egyptian Prime Minister Dr. Ahmed Shafik. The Middle East News Agency "MENA" said they discussed the current situation in Egypt, noting that Field Marshal Tantawi stressed the importance of fulfilling the demands and providing the basic needs of citizens. Tantawi also met with Interior Minister Mahmoud Wajdi and discussed with him the swift return of police to their posts.
