Kabul, Safar 15, 1432, Jan 19, 2011, SPA -- As many as 13 Afghan civilians, including children and women, were killed this morning in an explosion of a homemade bomb in Paktika province in eastern Afghanistan, said a statement issued here today by the Interior Ministry.
