QUETTA, Pakistan, Dhu Al-Qa'dah 19, 1431, Oct 27, 2010, SPA -- Authorities say a bomb apparently targeting a police patrol in Pakistan's southwest has killed a civilian and wounded 10 other people. Officials say four police officers were among those wounded in Wednesday's blast in Quetta, the capital of Baluchistan province. Quetta police chief Hamid Shakeel said the nature of the explosive device was under investigation.
